We will respond to you on the same working day that we receive your message. If you email after hours then we will respond the following morning.
Confidentiality will be maintained from start to finish. However, if there is an issue of serious and immediate risk we would work with you to initiate a safetynet asap.
Your message will not show on the website and will not show as a ‘sent’ email on your email server.
Collaborative Solutions will be providing generic and anonymous information to PSN about the service use only. No details or unique identifiers will be provided.
If you are in doubt about whether you need to call on SIM then call anyway - there is no such thing as a dumb question and talking things through can really help.
